- I'd look at the Gurewich and Gurewich book called "Teach yourself
- Visual C++ 4.0 in 21 days". Don't quote me on the title and I'm not
- sure what the ISBN number is...heheh...I know I'm no help am I...

- But it doesn't assume you know anything...in fact half way through the
- book you'll be able to skip over half the chapter because it
- constantly tells you how to add a button :)
